Transfer of RWS from ELFT to SWLSTG

Richmond Wellbeing Service was managed and operated by East London NHS Foundation Trust, but was taken over by South West London & St George’s NHS Trust on 5th December 2022. As part of the transfer, the new provider received a copy of any data that the service held about you, including your contact details; demographic information such as age, gender and ethnicity; and clinical notes.
