My therapist ****, helped me understand my depression cycle and categorise it into words which reflects my way of living and survival. It’s been a very difficult year for me as it’s an evolving beginning of a new life & i’ve had comfort not doing it alone as **** has been with me for 16 weeks & I have found parts of it, so challenging. I’ve learnt so much about my anxiety & depression mental health which will benefit me moving forward in small steps but also the recognition and my acceptance that this is something I have to live with, as I can’t change the law & will be fearful but in my new life this represents a smaller percentage & awareness of my depressed cycle I must try and change for a better future & learn how to meditate & calm myself to help towards this goal of self awareness & healing.
