Very good meditation **** is, I achieved the goal of meditation as i tried before and could not do it. I like doing in on a screen group as it doesn’t make you isolated and alone with your worries the same as me seeing another councillor weekly having a safe place, which without all the various support i’ve had has helped me be able to communicate with others they way i could never before in 17 years. I’m so grateful i can continue the meditation service with **** as i’m not alone again and helps me devekop my meditation skills as it was the third week of the course, i realised i was meditating. I’ve talked about my health plan moving forward and believe this has had a positive impact on my moods, calming me more when i feel in crisis. Thank you.
