I found the Bump to Birth 90 minute online talking therapy workshop hosted by **** and **** really helpful, giving me the tools and understanding to take control of my anxiety and worries during my pregnancy and while I managed without my medication for the first time in years. Each session was structured really well and explained clearly, always allowing time for questions and interaction with the group. When anyone in the group shared their thoughts **** and **** used language that confirmed they had ˜heard’ what the person had shared and gave positive feedback and suggestions to help, giving a ˜safe’ space for people to share vulnerable thoughts and experiences.
Overall I highly recommend the workshop and was seeing positive results by the third session and a huge decline in my anxiety by the end of the workshop that I felt comfortable that I didn’t need further help.
